All bedrooms are equipped with hairdryers & in room safes with 1 extra bed & 1 crib available per villa.
It has an outdoor show kitchen with a bar, an adjoining dining area with spectacular views and with the added benefit of a fully equipped and air conditioned internal kitchen.
There is a spacious outside living area overlooking 15 meter infinity pool and the ocean.
It has an air conditioned cinema/TV/living room adjacent to the outside living area but also a fully equipped air conditioned gym. Beautiful internal and external landscaping and an infinity water feature.
Parking for 2 cars with a discrete laundry area, a separate storeroom, full backup generators and uniformed security. Open walls and a serene water feature make the villa’s great room feel like an extension of the terrace.
On one side, low-slung sectionals in the sitting area are a shaded alternative to the chaise longues in the sun. On the other, minimalist benches provide plenty of seating without blocking the views in the dining area.

Each of the 4 bedrooms at Samujana 7 has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, lounge area and terrace access, so all guests have their own retreat within the house.
