艾玛维娜别墅位于普吉岛攀牙湾纳泰海滩，提供六间宽敞的套房，三间卧室位于楼上，另外三间在游泳池畔，其中两间是面朝大海的主卧套房。

客卧设有两张单人床，适合儿童/青年一同入住。

游泳池畔其中两间卧室，共用一间大浴室，配有淋浴设施和超豪华内嵌浴缸。

别墅内部装修为极简抽象风格，别墅的中央有一个巨大的起居室，左侧是宽敞的家庭活动室，右侧是设施齐全的西式厨房和明亮的海景用餐区。

一楼的所有卧室均可通往25米的游泳池和阳光甲板，泳池边设有豪华户外躺椅，白天可以在躺椅上做个热带日光浴；广袤的海边花园设有宽敞的户外用餐区，配备圆形餐桌，内置户外烧烤设施。

此外，别墅富有特色的私人海滨位置和别墅内的庭院亦成为举办私人婚礼和宴会的理想场地。
